Erika has worked for Roanoke Landscapes for nearly a decade, beginning her career in the green industry in 2012. Starting on a mow crew alongside her husband Tony, she has shown immense hard work and dedication, rising to the position of Maintenance Supervisor. Erika now oversees all of our maintenance clients, leveraging her extensive experience and deep knowledge of our lawns. Most of our clients recognize and know her by name, a testament to her excellent client relationships.

Erika is an outstanding fit for this role because she diligently listens to our clients' needs and goes the extra mile to ensure they’re met. Beyond her professional commitments, Erika enjoys helping clients achieve their property goals and also loves hiking, spending time in nature, and being with her family.
