Jesus Cardenas has been a cornerstone of our team for over 20 years. Currently serving as a Project Manager, he oversees all crews during the production phase of projects, ensuring that each team has the resources and support needed to succeed on client sites. Jesus’s deep knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable leader, especially when tackling complex projects.

Throughout his tenure with Roanoke Landscapes, Jesus has grown with the company, beginning as a crew leader when the company operated with just one production crew. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in our growth and success. He consistently provides support, offering aid and guidance to crews facing challenging tasks.

Outside of work, Jesus is a devoted family man. Originally from Ecuador, he now resides in Salem, VA, with his loving family. He is a proud father to three children—his daughter, a dedicated school teacher in the community, and his two sons, who are currently navigating their educational journeys. Jesus’s passion for his work and his commitment to his family and community make him an irreplaceable asset to Roanoke Landscapes.
